What is the minimum and maximum group size?
Minimum 15 students for group rates. Maximum flexible — we've handled groups of 100+ students using multiple coaches. Each 15-student block gets one complimentary teacher seat.
How far in advance should we book?
For peak season (Oct–Feb & May–June) we recommend 45–60 days advance booking. For off-season, 20–25 days is sufficient. Last-minute bookings are accepted subject to availability.
Can the itinerary be customised to match our curriculum?
Absolutely. Share the chapters or subjects you want to emphasise and we'll adapt the itinerary — add specific museums, planetariums, industrial visits or historical sites to align with what students are studying.
What are the payment terms for schools?
Typically 25% advance at confirmation, 50% two weeks before departure and balance 25% just before or on Day 1. We accept NEFT, UPI, cheque and cash. Official GST invoice provided for school records.
What happens in case of emergencies during the tour?
Mr. Kunal Jurel and a dedicated coordinator remain on 24×7 standby. Every coach has a first-aid kit. For medical needs, tie-ups with local hospitals are pre-arranged at every destination. Parents are notified immediately in any eventuality.
